Yoga Classes for Different Needs and Experience Levels

Om Yoga offers classes for students who want different styles of practice. Some people come for a strong workout. Others want to release tension, improve mobility, or create space for quiet focus. The schedule is built to support both active and restorative goals.

Hot Yoga and Power Yoga

Hot Yoga and Power Yoga are designed for students who enjoy a more intense practice. These classes combine strength, endurance, flexibility, and steady movement. The heated setting can help the body warm up more deeply, allowing students to move with greater range and focus.

These sessions are best suited for those who want a challenging class with a strong physical component. They can support stamina, body control, and discipline while still keeping the core principles of yoga at the center of the practice.

Slow Flow and Deep Stretch

Slow Flow and Deep Stretch classes are ideal for students who prefer a more grounded pace. These sessions focus on controlled movement, mindful transitions, longer holds, and gentle stretching.

They are useful for releasing tension, improving flexibility, and slowing down after a busy day. For many students, this style offers a balance between physical care and mental reset.

Rocket Yoga and Gentle Yoga

Rocket Yoga brings a more dynamic energy into the studio. It blends traditional yoga structure with active sequencing, giving students a lively and expressive practice.

Gentle Yoga offers a softer experience. It is well suited for beginners, students returning after a break, or anyone looking for a nurturing class with less intensity. The focus is on comfort, awareness, and steady progress rather than pressure.

A Clean and Comfortable Studio Environment

Om Yoga places strong attention on cleanliness and studio care. After classes, the studio is cleaned so students can practice in a fresh and comfortable environment. High-touch areas such as door handles, light switches, cubbies, bathrooms, and floors receive regular attention.

This helps students focus on their practice without distraction. A clean, organized studio supports the overall experience and reflects the care behind each class.

Reserving Your Class

Students are encouraged to reserve their place online before arriving. Booking in advance helps secure a spot and makes check-in easier.

If you need to cancel, please do so at least 12 hours before class. This gives another student the chance to attend and helps the studio manage class capacity in a fair and organized way.

The Purpose Behind Om Yoga

Om Yoga is built around more than movement. The studio aims to create a supportive space where students can explore the physical, mental, and spiritual benefits of yoga.

The practice encourages mindfulness, compassion, patience, and integrity. Each class is an opportunity to build strength, release stress, and return to the body with more attention. The studio community is shaped by respect, care, and the shared belief that yoga can support everyday life, not only time spent on the mat.

Yoga Teacher Training at Om Yoga

For students who want to deepen their practice or become instructors, Om Yoga offers a teacher training program. The program is designed to build both technical understanding and teaching confidence.

Over four months, participants study yoga postures, alignment, safe sequencing, anatomy, teaching methods, and the practical side of becoming a yoga teacher. The training can support future instructors, but it can also be valuable for students who simply want to understand yoga at a deeper level.

The goal is to help students understand how yoga works in the body and how to guide others with clarity, care, and responsibility.
