Killingtons Pub
Relaxed dining, flavorful food, weekend brunch, burgers, seafood, salads, and homemade desserts
Killingtons Pub is built around relaxed dining, flavorful food, and a menu that works for many kinds of visits. It can be a place for a quick snack, a casual family dinner, a weekend brunch, or an evening with friends. The atmosphere is easygoing, but the food is prepared with attention to quality, variety, and comfort.
A Pub Menu for Many Kinds of Visits
The menu brings together pub favorites, fresh salads, burgers, seafood, pasta, vegetarian options, vegan-friendly choices, gluten-free selections, children’s meals, and homemade desserts. From Gold Rush Wings to BBQ Grilled Salmon with caramelized shallot risotto, Killingtons offers familiar comfort food alongside more creative dishes.

Our Story
Killingtons was developed by The Basswood Group, LLC, founded in 2008 by Greg and Shannon Roderick. With the culinary direction of Chef Brian Bruce, the restaurant shaped its identity around quality food, a welcoming setting, and a menu that gives guests more than standard pub fare.
From the beginning, the goal was to create a restaurant where people could enjoy carefully prepared dishes without a formal or complicated dining experience. That idea still guides the menu, service, and atmosphere today.

Signature Dishes Prepared with Care
Killingtons focuses on dishes that feel familiar but still have a distinctive touch. Sauces, dressings, meats, seafood, and sides are selected and prepared with care so each plate feels complete rather than ordinary.
One example is the BBQ Grilled Salmon, served with molasses Dijon BBQ glaze, caramelized shallot risotto, and asparagus. The Bayou Pasta brings together blackened chicken, shrimp, andouille sausage, and Bloody Mary sauce for a richer, more Southern-inspired plate. Starters such as Pepperjack Spinach Dip and Smoked Duck Nachos give the menu a stronger pub character.
| Dish | Description | Price |
|---|---|---|
| BBQ Grilled Salmon | Molasses Dijon BBQ glaze with sides | $19.50 |
| Bayou Pasta | Blackened chicken, shrimp, andouille sausage, Bloody Mary sauce | $21.00 |
| Pepperjack Spinach Dip | Served with tortilla chips | $11.00 |
| Smoked Duck Nachos | White cheddar, jalapeños, and sun-dried tomato bacon jam | $14.00 |
Starters, Entrées and Desserts
The starter menu is made for sharing, but many dishes also work as a lighter bite. Pepperjack Spinach Cheese Dip with tortilla chips, Pimento Cheese Spread with celery, carrots, and pita bread, and Smoked Duck Nachos are strong options for the table before the main meal.
Main courses cover both comfort food and lighter choices. Guests looking for something hearty can choose dishes such as Bacon Encrusted Meatloaf with garlic mashed potatoes and white mushroom gravy. Those who prefer seafood or a cleaner plate may choose BBQ Grilled Salmon or another lighter entrée.
Desserts give the meal a warm finish. Killingtons NY Style Cheesecake with featured toppings and Peanut Butter Pie are examples of the homemade sweet options available for guests who want something rich after dinner.

Sandwiches and Salads
Sandwiches are a major part of the Killingtons menu. The Killingtons Cheese Burger offers a classic pub choice with a ground beef patty and choice of cheese. The Gastro Pub Burger adds pimento cheese, bacon, grilled onions, and a pretzel bun for a bolder flavor.
For guests who want a meat-free option, the Black Bean Burger Stack brings together pepper jack cheese, avocado, and tomato on pita bread. It gives vegetarian diners a filling alternative without feeling like an afterthought.
The salad menu is made for guests who want something fresh but still satisfying. A Cobb Salad with mixed greens, grape tomatoes, bacon, egg, crumbled bleu cheese, and avocado offers a full meal with strong texture and flavor. A Steak Salad with onion straws gives the salad section a heartier option.

Weekend Brunch
Killingtons also offers weekend brunch with a mix of breakfast favorites and pub-style plates. It is designed for guests who want a relaxed start to the day, whether they prefer something classic or something more filling.
The Traditional Breakfast includes eggs, bacon, home fries, and toast. The Pub Frittata adds a more distinctive option, with steak or corned beef, grilled onions, and potatoes. Brunch sides such as white cheddar serrano grits and home fries with peppers and onions help complete the meal.

Popular Choices
Some dishes stand out because they reflect the range of the Killingtons menu: pub comfort, Southern flavor, seafood, and more elevated plates. These options are useful for first-time guests who want a strong starting point.
